Capon Bridge Founders Day

This Festival is a traditional mountain festival celebrating the founding of Capon Bridge, WV in 1902. We are located in the Eastern Panhandle section of WV, approximately 20 miles west of Winchester, Virginia on State Route 50.
SUNDAY 9-5. The Festival attractions include:

- Civil War encampment
- Arts & Crafts
- Business Expo
- CarShow
- Kids Land including magician and face painting
- Animal Park with farm animals and exotic wild animals
- National Alpaca Farm Day, with lots of alpacas and demonstrations
- Sports & Outdoor Area featuring Cabela's
- Antique farm machinery and military vehicles
- Dale Jr's NASCAR #88 race car
- Natonal Guard attractions including their "Patriot Chopper" made on TV by Orange County Choppers
- Mike Jordan's AMA Motorcross racing bike
- IRL Racing car
- Rock wall
- Helicopter tours of a Black Hawk and Kiowa Warrior
- Chili Cook Off Contest
- Music and lots of food
